This emerging opportunity attracted Alpine Investors, a values-driven private equity firm with a mission to build enduring companies. Jim Contardi from Alpine Investors has been named CEO of ARCOM. Jim is a respected leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding teams to compelling results at top software and technology-enabled business services firms. He most recently spent seven years at KKR-held First Data Corporation in a variety of general management and go-to-market leadership roles.

Chris Bushnell and Paul Brosnahan have both announced their retirement from ARCOM at the end of 2016. Angie Matinkhah will remain with the company.
