Built for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, this 34,319-square-foot facility features numerous mature trees carefully surveyed to fit within the new parking lot layout and overall building configuration. A circular, landscaped drop-off area, spacious exterior stairway, covered canopy entrance, and lobby accommodate golfers as well as banquet gatherers. Critical to the setting and building orientation, views to the practice tees, practice green, and ending hole were all carefully considered.
