New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company (NJMIC), one of the state's largest insurance providers, has an ongoing program of expansion and rehabilitation for their corporate headquarters and campus. The success of their operating facilities is an essential component to the profitability of their firm and overall corporate health. Since 1987 HQW has designed and constructed four major additions to the NJMIC property while renovating most of the existing campus structures. HQW also developed a master plan for the campus so that NJMIC can continue to grow in a responsible and efficient manner. In addition to the main campus, HQW has designed additions and renovations for several NJMIC satellite offices. Presently HQW is working on a new 100,000 sq. ft. office building and banking center.
