The City of Suwanee, Georgia is currently reinventing its town center in the form of a new park, framed on two sides by a series of buildings housing a combination of municipal, retail, office and residential uses. These buildings will be linked by a streetscape that will encourage browsing between buildings and easy access to the park.

Beyond the recent construction of the park, the initial phase of development is a building proposed for office, restaurants and a bank. Anderson Design was commissioned to provide the hardscape and landscape detailing for this development, working with multiple developers as well as the City of Suwanee to set the streetscape pattern for future buildings to follow, while allowing flexibility in how those buildings interact with the streetscape.
