The 90,000-sq.-ft, Queen Anne-style Montezuma Castle, originally built in 1885 and rebuilt in 1886 after a fire, is the new main facility for a small, international, philanthropic college. The building, originally a world-class railroad resort hotel, has been vacant for 30 years, condemned, vandalized, in danger of structural collapse, filled with bats and guano, and listed as one of the 11 Most Endangered Places and as one of America's Treasures.
