This project represents the fourth building in Amica's long-range plan and the second to be designed by BBA. Amica Mutual Insurance Company, a nationally recognized underwriter of auto, home, and life insurance, envisioned a campus-style office park with multiple buildings for its employees as well as office space that could be leased to other companies.

Completed in 1998, this six-story, 177,000 square foot Corporate Office offers three levels of general office space, one corporate office level, and two levels of support space. Features include:

• (General Office Space) Open office space, private offices, reception lobbies, conference room
• (Corporate Office Space) Lounge area, reception lobby, boardroom with adjacent waiting area; prep kitchen that serves a small, private dining room
• Corporate dining area with indoor/outdoor seating and adjacent cafeteria
• A 100-seat amphitheater with full control room and gallery
• Two entrance lobbies and three, high-speed elevators
• Campus courtyard with fountain and colonnade
• A 200-space parking lot
