This unique building represents the third phase of development for Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation within the Quadrangle development, northeast of downtown Orlando. The three buildings are located around an existing lake, with Phase Three taking advantage of axial lake views and connectivity to the other two buildings via a planned lakeside pedestrian trail. A landscape palette of indigenous and ornamental plant material was chosen, with an emphasis on long-term shade development via a variety of oak and elm species. Flowering evergreen trees and palms highlight an outdoor patio space adjacent to the lake.
