Josh is the primary technical support contact for MasterSpec and SpecWare software. He has worked with ARCOM since August 2007 and has trained extensively, learning the ins and outs of each software component and its operation. Josh’s expertise ranges from the correction of common installation errors to the resolution of complex issues that arise from complicated network systems. In addition to the task of providing all-in-one technical support to ARCOM’s clients, Josh contributes to the in-house design work of the company. Josh’s contribution has proven invaluable to not only ARCOM but each user who calls in with any technical trouble.

Beyond his full-time dedication to ARCOM and its clients, Josh works toward a Bachelor Degree with a major in Design and Visual Communication. With this educational background, Josh hopes to continue his career in Graphic Design. As a complement to this line of work, Josh dedicates much of his spare time to his hobbies, painting and drawing.

Josh lives with his wife and one-year-old daughter in West Jordan, Utah.
