Vice President of Architectural Specifications

Paul Brosnahan has been with ARCOM since 1995 where he served as Director of Architectural Specifications for four years, and since 2006 as Vice President of Architectural Specifications. He is responsible for the architectural, structural, interiors, roofing and waterproofing, security and detention, civil, and landscape architecture MasterSpec Libraries. Before joining ARCOM, he spent three years at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) as an Architectural Specification Writer for MasterSpec.

Paul has also held the positions of Roofing Library Coordinator, Landscape Architecture Library Coordinator, and Senior Architectural Specification Writer. He is a member of ACI as well as a member since 1998 of AISC’s Committee on the Code of Standard Practice.

Paul has over 35 years professional experience and has practiced architecture in New Zealand, the UK, and the Caribbean. He has been an architect and architectural specifier in the U.S. since 1984. He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Auckland University in New Zealand and is a licensed architect in Virginia.
