I want to tell you about a very positive experience we had with one of your tech support folks, Matt Sutton. We are new to MasterSpec and the Linx/Masterworks software tools. In trying to get our first project out, we were a bit intimidated by Linx and Masterworks. This was not because the applications are difficult to use, we just had not taken the time to go thru all the tutorials and documentation.
I think I called Matt 4 or 5 times over a two-day period. Every time I called, Matt was very pleasant, and extremely helpful. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of Linx, MasterSpec and MS Word. Many times, my problems were simply due to my lack of knowledge with some Word features. I cannot begin to tell you how helpful and patient he was with me.
Angelica, you probably already know this but, employees like Matt are very rare in the customer support arena. If the rest of your employees are anywhere near as capable as Matt, you are very fortunate indeed!
